Subject: Vancouver Tower (TO4), Toronto Tower (TO2) and Global Point (TO1) in International City Phase III.
We would like to inform all property owners in the above mentioned projects that we have finally received amended code and new master plan for International City Phase II & III, from Nakheel on 19th April 2006.
Although projects has suffered the delays because of these changes, since plots didnt handover to us to start the construction for a long period, but new master plan and the land uses are arranged to achieve a functional layout promoting a mix-use environment that maximizes owners and investor returns and ensures the long term viability of the region as per Nakheel statement.
The following amenity & infrastructure plots have been considered in new master plan:
- 10A. Community Civic Use (Police Fire/Library/Post Office)
- 10B. Community Education
- 10C. Community Religious Use
- 10D. Community Utilities (District Cooling/132kv/Maintenance/Sewerage Plant)
- 10E. Community Transit Station
- 11A. Open Space Plaza
- 11B. Open Space Park
- 11C. Open Space Water Feature
As a matter of fact, according to new master plan our projects (Global Point, Vancouver & Toronto Towers) are locating at the center of community (Phase II&III) and facing to three largest parks and landscape areas on whole community, without changing the location of plots. Please check old and new master plans which are attached to this mail for more information and comparison.

By Releasing of this new master plan & amended code we will be able to expedite our approval process and we hope to start the construction as soon as we get the approval from Nakheel. We will try to update our valued clients on this issue as well.
